Cause: Unknown, human-caused
Diminishing winds decreased fire activity significantly towards the evening, there was one area of concern on the East end of the fire, but crews where able to quickly engage and suppress the issue. Texas A&M Forest Service (TAMFS) resources have cleared the scene and a TIFMAS crew will continue to monitor the fire until midnight and will return in the morning to continue patrolling and mopping up.
