Cause: Unknown, human caused
State resources from Texas A&M Forest Service (TAMFS) and Texas Intrastate Fire Mutual Aid System (TIFMAS) have completed mop-up and secured control lines. Engines and hand crew have spent the day patrolling and mopping up any areas of concern while heavy equipment. Any smokes that revealed themselves were cooled off. Hand crew has gridded through the green for heat and worked areas that were challenging for equipment.
All TAMFS and TIFMAS resources have cleared Deerhead Fire.
