Texas A&M Forest Service is working in unified command with Hoover Volunteer Fire Department on a wildfire that reignited due to high winds and spotted over containment lines. Crews are performing burnout operations on a pocket to increase containment of the fire. Heavy equipment has also been engaged to construct containment lines. Weather does not pose any holding concerns at this time.
Structures Lost
From the initial fire, 1 occupied home and 3 unoccupied homes have been lost and two outbuildings have been lost.
