Texas A&M Forest Service is working in unified command with Hoover Volunteer Fire Department on a wildfire that reignited due to high winds and spotted over containment lines. Crews successfully performed burnout operations on a pocket to increase containment. Heavy equipment has reinforced the containment lines as well. 

Weather: Light winds mainly out of the west gradually become northwest in the next hour or two. Winds speeds will increase at this time as well to around 15 to 20 mph. Not looking at any wind gusts to speak of today. RHs will bottom out into the mid to upper teens as temperatures reach a high near 65. Winds will come down to around 10 mph and out of the west again going into mid afternoon.

Evacuations and Road Closures: None at this time

Damages and Injuries:From the initial fire, 1 occupied home and 3 unoccupied homes have been lost and two outbuildings have been lost.
