Containment: 50%
Fire crews have made significant progress with suppression efforts. Forward progression has been stopped and significant containment line construction has occurred. Crews will continue to work into the night to contain the fire.
Fire Weather: Expect RH values to remain between 10 and 15 percent then steadily increase to near 20 percent by 8 PM, near 40 percent by midnight. West winds of 20 to 30 mph, with higher gust, will become northwest at 20 to 30 mph, between 8 and 10 PM.
